• Act in an honest and ethical manner.

• Respect the physical and emotional well-being and the dignity of teammates, competitors, staff, and patrons.

• Respect all public and personal property and equipment belonging to Rezzanine Esports and Phoenix Theatres.

• Respect the policies and rules of the Phoenix Theatres and Rezzanine Esports as well as all of the staff and patrons present. Phoenix Theatres and Rezzanine Esports requests you refrain from using excessive shouting and noise.

• Compete in a manner that is consistent with the principles of fair play, rules of competition, and integrity.

• Rezzanine Esports expects all patrons to encourage a positive image. Be aware that this establishment is all-inclusive and intended for people and families of all ages. Foul language, shouting, and rude behavior will not be tolerated.

• Be respectful of the staff and abide by any rules or requests they may make.
   

• No food or beverage from outside the facility allowed.​                  (Theatre concessions are permitted)
